Two Elefants® Frequently Asked Questions:

We are a group of female, board-certified Chinese Herbalists, Fertility Acupuncturists, and OB/GYNs on a mission: To provide the highest-quality, most sustainably-sourced fertility support products on the internet. 

In our own clinics, we had a hard time finding supplements and elixirs we felt comfortable recommending. So we set out on a journey to formulate our own, and Two Elefants® was born.

Where are Two Elefants® products made?

Our Fertility Herbal Elixirs and Everyday Fertility Essentials are made in the U.S.A. We spent 8 months carefully vetting different manufacturers. We found that only in the USA can you find FDA-approved and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)-certified facilities that are as committed to quality as we are.

What are Two Elefants® quality assurance standards?

Our manufacturers comply with strict FDA and GMP standards, which means:

- Taking proper documentation of all processes from sourcing an ingredient to delivery of the product. This means every ingredient can be traced from beginning to end.

- Maintaining our facilities to ensure cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination.

- Sourcing raw material that contain zero, or a scientifically untraceable amount of contaminants such as heavy metal, microbial contaminants, or pesticides. 

- Ordering third party independent tests regularly on Two Elefants® products to ensure purity, no heavy metal and microbial contaminants, and no pesticides.

Why are we called Two Elefants®?

Elephants are a Chinese symbol of fertility, partnership and connection. 

Two Elefants® Founder Adrienne Wei placed elephant figurines throughout her acupuncture clinic to encourage fertile energy for her patients. When our founders Adrienne and Ashley were deciding on a name for the Two Elefants® company, they looked around and saw elephants everywhere. They quickly realized that honoring the elephant’s significance was important to their mission.

We used the letter "F" for Two Elefants® to stand for Fertility, Female and Family.

What are the shipping options?

We ship to all 50 states within the Unites States and within Puerto Rico.
We ship internationally to Australia, Canada, China, India, and the U.K.

Domestic Shipping:

With domestic shipping, you can choose your preferred shipping option between USPS, UPS, and expedited shipping.

Labor shortages, climate, and COVID-19 are current challenges at Two Elefants® right now, so we are only offering shipping options that include tracking for customer protection. We hope to revisit the shipping policy at a later time. We are looking forward to a more seamless shipping situation in the future!

International Shipping:

If you live outside the USA, find the flag in the bottom right corner of our website. Choose your country according to the flag. You have a choice through our system to choose UPS or DHL, and your duties and taxes are pre-calculated to be pre-paid. These charges fluctuate daily and by country, but our system is equipped to provide you with the most relevant information - which will prevent returns, delays, or unexpected additional fees at the border.

We love our customers both domestic and abroad. Thank you for your patience with us!

When should I expect to receive my order?

We process and fulfill orders within 24 hours Monday - Friday, with the exception of weekends and holidays.  

If your order is received after 3pm EST on Friday, during the weekend, or during holidays, it will be shipped the following business day. 

How do I track my shipment?

After you place your Two Elefants® order, you'll receive an email when the order is shipped with a tracking number.

What if I experience shipping issues?

We have been working to serve you during covid and we’re grateful to report that by offering only tracked shipping options, we’ve been able to offer very expedient shipping.
