WHERE DO YOU CURRENTLY SHIP TO?
We ship to all 50 states within the United States, as well as Puerto Rico.
We are also currently shipping internationally to Australia, Canada, China, India, and the U.K.
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We will process and fulfill orders within 24 hours Monday - Friday, with the exception of weekends and holidays.
If your order is received after 3pm EST on Friday, during the weekend, or during holidays, it will be shipped the following business day.
HERE ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS:
DOMESTIC: You pay $5 for Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
We are not offering free shipping because we are currently strictly using UPS, as to avoid USPS during government changes and the election season. We want to be able to ensure that your packages will arrive to you safely and in a timely manner. We will revisit the shipping policy at a later time.
INTERNATIONAL: Find the flag in the bottom right corner of our website. Choose your country and go from there! You have a choice through our system to choose UPS or DHL, and your duties and taxes are pre-calculated to be pre-paid. These charges fluctuate daily and by country, but our system is equipped to provide you with the most relevant information - which will prevent returns, delays, or unexpected additional fees at the border.
HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
With every order, you'll receive a notification email when the order is shipped with a tracking number.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
No. We do not currently offer free shipping in an effort to be able to use UPS (as opposed to USPS). While it is often more cost efficient to go through the U.S Postal Service, we have found it to be unreliable, difficult to track, and delayed due to COVID-19 and possibly the upcoming presidential election.
We hope to revisit our offer for free shipping on certain items soon.
WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS SHIPPED?
